More and more cynical
I’m feeling more and more cynical as I read this – all this stuff about the Agreement. More and more dispirited about the present-day world.
It wasn’t just a bunch of books that we lost when Aunt Kat’s farm got wiped out.
It was a world worth living in – or the possibility of one, at least. That we’ve lost. For hundreds of years, now. But maybe this can help us find it again?
